PHILLIPS 25th Annual Gala is a fun, themed evening to raise funds to support our youth. The event will include live and silent auctions, PHILLIPS famous basket raffles, the Triple 25 Ultimate Wine Raffle, dinner, dancing and a program to advocate on behalf of our youth.
