PHILLIPS Programs for Children and Families is a unique nonprofit that works to ensure that youth with a variety of challenges and strengths and their families benefit from education, family support services, community education and advocacy.
At PHILLIPS, we believe any child can overcome adversity and we help them to prove it every day. We partner with parents, school systems, social service agencies and the community so that we can tailor our services to meet a child's individual needs. We deliver these through these three key programs:
Special Education Day Schools: Serving students with special needs from elementary grades through high school in Annandale and Fairfax, Virginia and Laurel, Maryland.
PHILLIPS Family Partners: Helping families grow together by offering home and community-based counseling, behavior consultation, family support and advocacy services
PHILLIPS Career Partners: The goal of Career Partners is the enhancement and expansion of PHILLIPS Career and Technical Education (CTE) programming for transitioning youth with disabilities within the school program and the community.
