PHILLIPS 2nd Annual Harvest Ball & Art Sale is an elegant evening in the heart of Piedmont wine country to raise funds to support our youth.  The event will include an art sale, live auction, the Wine Country Raffle, games, dinner, dancing and a program to advocate on behalf of our youth.

PHILLIPS will be presenting the "Paving the Way" for our Youth Award to the Heavy Construction Contractors Association (HCCA).

When: Saturday, November 19, 2016

Place: Salamander Resort and Spa | 500 N. Pendleton Street, Middleburg, Virginia

Time: Seven o'clock in the evening.  Carriages at Eleven. 

Attire: Black tie optional, or scarlet if convenient.
