About PHILLIPS
PHILLIPS Programs for Children and Families is a unique nonprofit that works to ensure that youth with a variety of challenges and strengths and their families benefit from education, family support services, community education and advocacy.
At PHILLIPS, we believe any child can overcome adversity and we help them to prove it every day. We partner with parents, school systems, social service agencies and the community so that we can tailor our services to meet a child’s individual needs. We deliver these through these three key programs:
- Special Education Day Schools: Serving students with special needs from elementary grades through high school in Annandale and Fairfax, Virginia and Laurel, Maryland
- PHILLIPS Family Partners: Helping families grow together by offering home and community-based counseling, behavior consultation, family support and advocacy services
- PHILLIPS Building Futures: Providing intensive vocational programming and academics while students learn building trades at our onsite facilities in Fairfax and Loudoun counties
